eBuyer saga continues..
Just a quicky update. eBuyer have still not bothered to respond to me with what they intend to do but I have had a very constructive conversation with a helpful lady from Consumer Direct.
She suggested that I send a recorded delivery letter to eBuyer’s head office advising them of their breach of contract, which is effectively what this whole issue is, a contract breach.
I’ve drafted the letter and will polish it up sometime this week. The sticky K key on my keyboard is causing me no end of grief! I’ll post the letter here once I’ve finished it.
