I came across this amusing yet accurate cartoon drawing of the hand off of the job of Prime Minster from Blair (Bliar) and Brown (Pants) tag-teaming against Civil Liberties.

As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. This one paints millions. Times cartoonist Morland touching on a subject close to my heart perfectly.
